All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. The collective work includes works that are licensed to Deluxecanopy.ca Copyright 2015, Deluxe Canopies Canada Ltd. All Rights Reserved. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this website for the sole purpose of placing an order with Deluxecanopy.ca or purchasing Deluxecanopy.ca products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the website solely for your own non-commercial use. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this website is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Deluxecanopy.ca. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the website.
Deluxe Canopy will allow for an exchange or provide store credit for any product within 14 days of purchase. Your item(s) must be in its original and unused condition to be returned. Customers are responsible for shipping and return fees.
Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you receive product(s) with a manufacture defect, you should immediately ship or return the product(s) to the return address on the package with the original accessories, tags and instruction manual.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must give notice to our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team will look into your issue and make appropriate decisions.
Accepted Methods of Payment
Deluxe Canopy accepts the following types of payment methods: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) or PayPal for online purchases and pick-up purchases.
Credit Card Charges Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Please allow 7-14 days for shipments to arrive at your location. Most shipments do arrive earlier except for statuary holidays such as New Year's Day, Good Friday (Easter), Canada Day, Labour Day and Christmas Day. We use CanPar, Purolator and FedEx as our preferred couriers to deliver orders to our valued customers. The customer is responsible for providing Deluxe Canopy with accurate shipping information. Our pop up canopies and other products take 2 business days to ship to nearby cities like Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, Hamilton, Gatineau and Montreal.
Once a tracking number is provided by the shipping courier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the product(s), and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping, and you will have the option to cancel your order if you decide not to make the purchase. Please note that "Free ground shipping on all orders over $99" does not apply to any of our custom printed products and only applies to our unbranded pop up canopies and accessories.
Out of Stock/Back Orders In the case of partial orders, out of stock item(s), and/or back orders, the customer will be notified immediately by email or telephone.
Deluxe Canopy believes in helping its customers as much as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, cancellation of an order with no charge will be considered only if the request is made within 24-48 hours of placing the order. In the event that the customer requires a full refund after the item(s) has been processed, the customer will be charged a $30 re-stocking fee.
