Limited Warranty
We're committed to providing high-quality custom printed products. We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a limited warranty on all our products. Deluxe Canopy® guarantees that your Pro Series steel frame and Aluminum Series frames are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1-5 years (model specific) from the date of original purchase. The warranty on non-branded fabric material is 90 days from the date of original purchase. The warranty period on custom printed items including canopy tops, walls, rail skirts, flags, table covers, trade show display products and inflatables is one (1) year from the original purchase date.
Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. This includes issues like:
- Faulty stitching or seams on fabric products.
- Defects in the fabric such as tears, holes, scratches or dye marks.
- Broken or malfunctioning hardware on pop-up tents, inflatable tents or display frames caused by the manufacturer or the shipping courier.
- Printing errors on custom printed items caused by manufacturer misprint.
If you notice a manufacturer defect on your product within 14 days of receiving it, we will gladly provide you with new replacement part(s) for the defective item at no additional cost. In cases of considerable damage that is not repairable, we will provide a replacement for the entire product. Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to carefully examine your product(s) upon opening the package. If you receive a product showing obvious signs of manufacturer defects or defects caused during shipping, please contact us immediately
Our Warranty does not cover defects from (a) normal wear and tear (b) loss of any product by the customer or shipping courier, or (c) damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the product, improper assembly or storage, or extreme weather conditions (strong wind, rain, or other forces of nature) or (d) damage caused by fire, or (e) fading and discoloration caused by strong chemicals (ammonia, laundry detergent, or household bleach) during cleaning, and/or sharp objects. Please note that customers are responsible for determining when tents, inflatables, feather flags and other display products should be taken down in the event of high wind to avoid total destruction.
